Straight answers.

Does my customer need to install anything?

No. They scan the QR or tap the sticker, then add the loyalty card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. There is no app, account, or password.

What hardware do I need?

You can start with a printed QR by the till. Founder setup includes one ready-to-place NFC sticker for the first 50 businesses. No reader, terminal, or plug-in device.

How do I print the QR?

After onboarding, open Settings and download the QR poster. Print it on A4 or use the PNG in your own counter sign. It opens the same loyalty URL as the NFC sticker.

Does it work during the morning rush?

Yes — taps land in under a second; the wallet pass updates in the background. No barista has to do anything beyond pulling the shot.

Can I match my brand colour?

Yes. You pick a colour at signup; the wallet pass and the customer’s tap-confirmation page use it. Your card looks like you, not like us.

What does the customer see on their phone?

A branded loyalty page and wallet pass flow with your name, colour, stamp grid, and reward. Customers add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

Can I see who my regulars are?
