Yes. At launch, iPhone customers can add your loyalty card to Apple Wallet after they scan the QR or tap the sticker.
Does it work on Android?
Yes. Android customers can add your loyalty card to Google Wallet from the same QR or tap flow.
What do I learn about my regulars?
You see returning customers, stamp counts, and last visit dates. Customers can optionally share name and email on first tap, and you can export the regulars list as CSV.
What hardware do I need?
You can start with a printed QR by the till. Founder setup includes one ready-to-place NFC sticker for the first 50 businesses.
How do I print the QR?
After onboarding, open Settings and download the QR poster. Print it on A4 or use the PNG in your own counter sign. It opens the same loyalty URL as the NFC sticker.
What should I offer as the reward?
Use a reward that protects the value of your main product: a pastry, size upgrade, birthday treat, bonus stamp, or member-only extra. You can still choose whatever fits your shop.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The trial is 7 days and card-required, then the founder plan is $19 AUD/mo. You can cancel any time.
What happens if a customer changes phones?
